During my 8 to 5 grind, I cover a lot of mobile, from Steam Deck to ROG Ally X and beyond. That’s why I felt like I was watching a spoof when Nintendo finally did removed the screen from switch 2. I thought I was looking for a Lenovo Legion Go 2 and a pulse of color around the sticks instead of RGB. I like mine Steam Deck. I love my Switch. I’m afraid Nintendo is doing too much to keep up with the rest.
Don’t get me wrong, I wanted the most powerful Switch that could play The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Empire without excessive framerate drops. However, the decoration is dark Change 2 it’s against what Nintendo normally does. The next handheld, in every way, is the same as the first Switch, with a bigger screen and more ports. Nintendo had a new design with the Switch 1. Every mobile PC OEM copied Nintendo. Then Nintendo turned around and took over Nintendo.
I didn’t want them to repair the console. I just wanted to show me something that would benefit fans who love Nintendo’s willingness to experiment—even if the product doesn’t work out. Nintendo is probably saving the zany JoyCon options for the full release of the device-maybe it will be placed the day after the Nintendo Direct on April 2. I also hope that the company shows us something-anything-that makes the next device special. Nintendo looks back 15 years when it shared its first images of 3DS back in 2010; he remembered to combine the beautiful colors of aquamarine.
We haven’t seen everything the console has to offer. Nintendo just gave hungry customers a sneak peek of what to expect with the JoyCons attached magnetically, nice speakers, and another USB-C port. I would have liked to see some additional features for the JoyCon, such as Lenovo Legion Go’s mouse like FPS mode. In the company’s reveal video, the JoyCons ran across the table like a mouse. Perhaps each controller includes some type of infrared sensor to monitor its movement. There may be interesting uses for this. I want to know more, but Nintendo isn’t saying.
The first images of the Switch 2 lack the “je ne sais quoi” of Nintendo’s past products. Nintendo is associated with fun and surprises. Remember, this company brought us the Gamecube, a purple console with a handle. It also came out with the WiiU, a strange console with a controller that was more confusing than it used to be.
Nintendo is the kind of company that can take risks. The Switch 2 is safe, although it has a lot of things that gamers have already enjoyed. This shouldn’t be a bad thing but it seems to help tell customers who the device is made for. The first change looks like a toy. The bright red and bright blue colors of the JoyCon proved to be an easy-to-use device for both children and adults.
It doesn’t help that we have to wait four months to hear more about its details or its launch names. Until then, more and more speculation, rumors, and leaks will spoil the surprise of the full release. We haven’t seen it yet The update 2 will get 4K inside other sports. We’d like to see it push the original Switch game to higher levels, but that might be asking too much.
Waiting is always the worst. April is a long way off. For now, I’ll fill my desk with bright lights and displays. I don’t need another dark weapon to get into the game.
