Thursday marks another busy day of hearings for President-elect Trump’s Cabinet nominees like his inauguration approaches
The day will feature Lee Zeldin, the candidate to lead the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); Eric Turner, Trump’s pick for Housing and Urban Development secretary; Doug Burgum, his choice as Secretary of the Interior; and Scott Bessent, Trump’s nominee to lead the Treasury Department.
The week has already been intense, with a blackboard nominees appearing before several committees, including Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth, Attorney General nominee Pam Bondi, State Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and John Ratcliffe, who was tapped to lead the CIA.
