Pharmacywhich started out focusing on AI-powered fashion, has raised $8 million and launched its own a new mobile app for iOS.

While human fashionistas may not like this, Botika said it empowers online clothing companies of all sizes with its AI-generated models that can make their clothes look great.

The app, along with the latest advancements in Botika’s AI platform, helps fashion designers create high-quality e-commerce images. In addition to this announcement, Botika successfully closed an $8 million round of funding, led by Stardom, and Secret Chord Ventures, with participation from Seedcamp.

Botika makes fashion color images available for all clothes.

The investment will help improve product innovation and support the company’s growth in the fashion industry, which has grown dramatically – increasing its revenue sixfold and its customer base elevenfold in the past year.

With a large investment and the launch of a mobile app, Botika aims to provide an accessible, affordable way to help online clothing manufacturers improve their visibility, improve sales, and reduce production costs.

Botika’s unique AI technology is designed to support brands effortlessly change the original images of the product to be an artistic, high-quality studio, full of AI-generated colors and backgrounds that show the beauty of each color, while the company also trains its original colors.

More than half of consumers Rely on the pictures provided by the seller when deciding whether or not to buy a garment. However, the cost of producing ecommerce photography can be anywhere from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars per shoot, the company said.

Botika’s AI-powered fashion brand solves the pain points of fashion brands by removing the barrier of high-end, brand images at a manageable cost and time. Botika’s platform allows designers to create beautiful, engaging visuals in minutes to engage with customers and increase sales.

The new Botika mobile app brings the platform’s powerful AI tools directly into users’ hands, allowing fashion designers to create stunning, model-ready images anytime, anywhere.

With this app, creators can get their own AI-powered studio, significantly reducing time investment and streamlining image creation without making any sacrifices. These handhelds also include Botika’s new support for flat lays and packshots, expanding the brand’s capabilities beyond its original focus on model photography.

In response to the demands of mobile users on e-commerce platforms like Shopify and others, Botika said they developed the software to create end-to-end, high-tech images from mobile. Brands can now shoot, edit and seamlessly sync images to their online stores, speeding time to market while reducing costs and maintaining quality.

“Converting consumers to purchase depends heavily on attractive and accurate images, but not all images are created equal,” said Eran Dagan, CEO at Botika, in a statement. “As consumer expectations increase and e-commerce grows rapidly through crowd-sourcing, small online businesses and boutiques are at risk of losing profits on low-cost or low-quality photos that receive little attention and low sales. With the release of Botika’s iOS app, we’re putting the power of Generative AI in the hands of our customers, empowering brands with the tools they need to bring their creative visions to life and compete successfully in the challenging online fashion market.”

The latest investment and the company’s new investments show a significant role in Botika, with plans to continue this in 2025.
