Mark Zuckerberg is planning to lay off five of his employees at Meta

Meta plans to retire more jobs, . CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a company memo that he plans to cut about five percent of his “minority.”

“I’ve decided to improve performance management and weed out poor performers quickly,” Zuckerberg said in a memo. “We usually manage people who don’t meet our expectations after a year, but now we’re going to reduce the performance significantly during this period.”
