It calls for the Biden administration to reimburse Oklahoma for the roughly $470 million it had to spend on the education of thousands of illegal immigrant children over the past four years.

Walters said Oklahoma schools are struggling to provide adequate resources for immigrant children, such as certified teachers for students with limited English proficiency, transportation and individualized education plans, and that these challenges have an impact on long term in school budgets and the quality of education. for all students in the state.

“It’s really chaos in the school system. And who’s suffering here? It’s the students,” Walters said. “Joe Biden i Kamala Harris we did it on purpose and here we have students caught in the crossfire. We need to protect them and we need to take back our states to educate our children.”

“Last week we had Joe Biden’s top ICE director admit that they allowed this to happen, that they allowed the law to be broken … and frankly, they’re very clear that these orders came from the top, they came from of Joe Biden and the border czar Kamala Harris,” he said. “We can’t allow them to just skate off into the sunset and say, ‘President Trump, here you go, he says, I’m sorry, we just caused this massive chaos in your schools, in your state, in your communities.’ These people must be held accountable for the chaos they brought to our children and our families and that is what this lawsuit will do.”
