I love the Arctic white color that my light model came in. With chrome accents, it looks smart and stylish.

Apart from that, there is a strong family similar to last year’s OnePlus 12.

OnePlus stands up against the iPhone 16 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro.

The phone is IP69 rated waterproof so you don’t have to worry too much about submerging it in water.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite processor put in some of the best results I’ve ever seen in a phone.

The result is a phone that feels fast and responsive in everyday use.

The 6.8-inch display is bright and clear and you can change the colors to suit your preferences if you want.

Cameras are one of the biggest issues here.

Although the phone can take good photos, it relies on heavy image processing that adds a digital quality to images. Shooting in Master mode produced more natural results than Portrait mode.

I also found the battery life not to be impressive, even though the phone is packed with a large 6,000-mAh cell.

While you won’t struggle to get through a full day of mixed use, you may want to charge it every night.

The phone supports 100-watt fast charging, allowing you to charge from empty to full within 36 minutes.

It may look nice and clean, but you shouldn’t handle it using cotton gloves.

The phone packs a variety of AI tools, including Google Gemini and Gemini Advanced, Circle to Search and recording tools including an AI unblur function.

AI Unblur works well, but it can leave photos looking digital and fake, especially if you use the tool multiple times on the same photo.

The display has a wet function that helps it to be responsive even with water drops.

The phone runs Android 15 on the core.

Although the OnePlus 13 is $100 less than its competitors, if you like photography then it’s worth spending that money on a better camera.
