These fintech companies are hiring in 2025 after a difficult year

The fintech sector, which saw significant growth during the pandemic and recently, 2024 was very difficultend with sudden shutdown – Then unexpected discovery – of Bench starting account.

In order to better understand how fintech can fit into this group, a few months ago, I published calling asking fintech companies who are hiring. In less than an hour, I received more than a dozen replies. In the course of a few days, I heard from more than 60 companies. The large number – and the quality – of the responses were surprising even for me, a person who writes about this space regularly.

When I read this again a few months later, I found that even though fintechs are still hiring, most of them don’t have as many positions as they used to. However, there are many open positions, and there are other companies that are hiring More information positions than they were a few months ago.

TechCrunch is not a job board, of course. This is not a list of everything roles available in fintech. But if you’ve recently lost your job, just graduated, or just want to make a change, this is a great place to start. We will be updating this page regularly over time.
