WBO world champion in the lightweight category Terry Harper (16-2-2, 6 KO) easily beat the former Wibf World Champion and undefeated Natalie Zimmermann (13-1, 3 Kos) in the 10-round of unanimous decisions on Friday night at Keepmoate Stadium, Doncaster, Yorkshire, UK.
In a co-head event, Maxie ‘Maximus’ Hughes (29-7-2, 6 ko) easily beat Archie’s ‘Sharpschooter’ Sharp (25-2, 9 Kos) by a unanimous decision in a 12-round to catch the empty WBC silver light title.
Harper, 28, beat Zimmermann from Runda 10 × 2. In the first two rounds, Harper repeatedly had a Zimmerman against the rope in defense. In the last seconds of the third round, Harper dismissed Zimmerman’s head with a solid stitch. In the fourth to sixth round, Harper had a way because Zimmerman was at the end of the reception.
In the eighth and ninth rounds, Zimmermann continued to hold her high, showing some insults as Harper opposed her mostly head. In the tenth and last rounds, the remaining minute, Zimmermann suffered a nasty cut over his right eye because of her head conflict, and her blood covered her face. In the first round, the stubborn Nadeem hurt Karamia to the right in the last minute, though he had blood from his own nose. In the last minute of the third round, the chopping to the right of Karamia pulled blood out of the nose of hope again.
In the fifth round it went back and back about who was forward. Karami’s face is marked, but maybe he took the circle in his eighth fight of the year. They both had moments in the sixth and last round, and Nadeem had an advantage.
