A dramatic conflict in the final day on the city ground could decide on the fate of and European ambitions of Chelsea and Nottingham Forest, with a place in the Champions League in both campsites.
Chelsea is guaranteed by the scenario simple: victory, and the top five five-and-after-one with the Champions League ticket is guaranteed.
Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest has to beat the blues and hope that either Newcastle or Aston Villa will enter their knots to jump in the top five.
Nuno Espirito Santo ended the four games last weekend with a 2-1 win over West Ham.
Chelsea also requested a 1-0 win over Manchester United in Gameweek 37, thanks to the late stuck Marc Cucurell, who continued his rich form-six victory in the last seven games at all competitions.
While Chelsea has a form for its part, their visiting record remains piss. They only won once in the last 10 Premier League matches and failed to achieve six of them.
The Blues held the forest 1-1 in reverse fixing at Stamford Bridge, but last season they beat 3-2 on the city ground.

Since the Champions League football is in question, it is expected to look for both sides. The forest will hope that their support and momentum will help them push their blues all the way, while Chelsea’s trembling shape can prevent them from getting a stack.
Forest has appeared in the abundance of big games this season, and we expect them to do the job and draw attention to other games on Sunday.
