“Honestly, I hardly submitted my story Because I wasn’t 100% “perfect” during the challenge. But then I realized, “Okay, that’s the point, right?” Life won’t always be perfect, nor are we. In these imperfect moments, we need Bounce back and stick to the foundation.
I started to be strong, but around the sixth week of the challenge, I had to undergo an unexpected surgery which left me with the rest of the challenge. Despite the obstacles, I stick to the foundation of LSF HBMP, now Weigh 12 lbs Total 12.5 inches smaller! If you take anything from my story, let it be: Don’t let a small ic ruin your entire journey! I could have thrown it on the towel and gave up, but I didn’t and the result was incredible. You don’t have to see the results 100% perfectly.
“Old me” would give up the moment when I had the surgery, thinking, “Tighten, I can’t be 100% perfect, what does that mean?” But I realized LSF is not only another diet or fashion, but it is indeed a lifestyle and a maintenance-friendly way of life! The past 8 weeks have proved this to me and hopefully prove it to everyone after I traveled on Instagram. I never felt (or seemed) and the confidence I have now is priceless.
Thank you, the LSF team, for empowering women like me to rediscover their strength, confidence and joy and knowing that I can still move on even in the tough times of life. ”

“The last three years have changed life for me. I started a family and now have two beautiful babies, two and a half-year-old kids, and one nine months old. As my family grows, my body grows. I have grown babies, but I have also gained weight. My daughter has my daughter, I, I Really working hard to lose weight And maintaining a volume of about 15 pounds more than I originally had. After my son, I just added what I’ve already obtained, but this time I want to stop thinking about weight loss as a goal at once, but a lifestyle that can be maintained forever. I Lost 8 pounds In this challenge, now Below my pre-pregnancy weight Give it to my son!
But, this is not the most important thing to me. In addition to the pictures before and after my challenge, I have one more Before and after thinking. Before I think about it, if I don’t follow my plan, I will fail. I may restart tomorrow. I think, If I don’t follow my plan, that’s OK, I’m a humanAnd I might Find happiness at this moment because I am still on the road!
For me, this challenge is not perfect (although you 55-day application training success! ), is about owning When things are not “perfect”, train yourself and stay consistent and stay consistent. Sometimes I don’t have the energy to go all out, but I still find a way to move temporarily and do my best. Sometimes, I enjoyed ice cream with my daughter, but I still made sure I achieved my protein goals and made a vegetarian meal for every meal. I am proud of my achievements over the past 8 weeks, but more importantly, I am proud of continuing to achieve my goals and the framework to achieve them. Be the best version and role model for my kids and husbands!“

“SSD is an eye-opening challenge For me, because this is my 8th week challenge back to the LSF community. I had to sit down and evaluate what made me unable to be happy on my skin and really try nutrition. I Reduce excessive alcohol and try to recognize which calories are coming in and out! I’m 1000% Improved my activities With the bonus action, the app workout, walk at least a mile at work or with my dog every day. I Stop making excuses And started digging out my subject reserves, which have not been used for a long time.
A huge change in my implementation of this challenge is actually Join an accountability team. It’s great to see other women going through the same things I had with my schedule and felt burned, etc. But we Keep showing yourself! Very inspiring! I tried new exercise techniques, Fall in love with moving my body again Within 20-30 minutes, it not only improves my appearance, but also improves my psychological cognition and mood! I’m a All Ai Khan Fitness Believers since 2019 And, you guys just keep impressing me to keep us motivated and in the best quality and quantity. ”
