Scudetto hangs in balance after Napoli and Inter Milan held dramatic draws

The scudetto race in Serie A goes to the wire.

Napoli could win the title on Sunday with a victory over Parma and Inter Milan’s defeat against Lazio. However, they were forced to wait because the penultimate round of the games in the top flight proved to be dramatic.

The title was resolved in Eredivisie, however, because the epic battle between PSV Eindhoven and Ajax came to a conclusion.

Parma 0-0 Naples

Inter Milan 2-2 Lazio

Inter appeared twice in preparation to take over the leadership of the title in the exciting game of San Sirou, but their fate will not be in their hands when Como visits the last day.

Psv edge ajax to eredivisie crown

In the Netherlands, PSV was only supposed to match Ajax’s result in order to secure another consecutive title of Eredivisie.

They did just that, since the 3-1 victory over Sparta Rotterdam retained the trophy at the Philips Stadium.

However, the goals of Luuka de Jong and Malik Tillman have completed a job for PSV because they won the title point.
