“I wouldn’t allow it”: Dave Allen excludes the trilogy with Johnny Fisher after a dominant knockout from the fifth round in London but Eddie Hearn confirms the rematch clause

Dave Allen’s heavyweight category (24-7-2, 18 ko) turned off the trilogy that happened to Johnny Fisher (13-1, 11, 11 ko) after throwing him in the fifth round in their rematch at the Bakr Arena in London on Saturday night.

Hearn confirms a rematch clause

Allen said he would not be in the best “interest” of Fisher to fight the trilogy. He doesn’t want to destroy Johnny’s career. However, Fisher’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, found that they had a rematch clause. He said he would not immediately take a rematch with Allen, because he first wants to put him in the fight for renewal.

Tonight, Allen dropped Fisher twice in the fifth round to get a knockout. He grabbed Fisher, 26, with his left hook to his jaw, sending him to a second blow. The judge, Marcus McDonnell, stopped the competition as soon as Fisher hit the canvas.

Fisher’s corner throws a towel

His corner threw a towel to ensure that the competition was stopped. It didn’t matter. Fisher was so badly hurt that he failed to get up from the canvas.

Fisher spent a lot of energy, moving around the ring. When he stopped on the ground, he used a lot of posture to neutralize Allen’s insult, but was still associated with several big shots in each circle.

Interestingly, Allen did not open up with his insult until the fifth. He would deliberately stay in Runda from 1 to 4, playing the apricot and letting Fisher spend energy.

In the fifth, Allen finally opened up with his insult, landing hard left toward the body and then a blow to the head on the side of the head. Fisher went like a rocket, showing that he was hurt. Allen cut off the ring and left his right toward his head to lower it. When Fisher stood up, his legs looked unstable and didn’t look in good shape.

Allen then persecuted Fisher to the rope and hit him in the bread on the left, followed to the right. These shots were very thrown. Fisher instinctively lowered his hands to cover up his middle part, leaving him wide open to bring Allen to the crushing of the left hook on his jaw that broke his head aside. Fisher crashed on the canvas, and Judge McDonnell stopped the fight.

“I wouldn’t let that happen because he’s not in his best interest,” Davd Allen told Davd Allen Dazn box When asked if the fans would see the trilogy between him and Johnny Fisher after his victory in the fifth round on Saturday night. “There are a lot of fights for me. I love boxing at my level. There are some competitive fights. I win some and some losing.”

Allen will have no choice around the rematch. Hearn has already said they have a rematch clause and intend to use it. Fisher does not have many opportunities for the fights that are so paid as the ones that are half-tested for him.

“He just knew too much there. Maybe he (Fisher) was not supposed to take a rematch. Dave said he may not have to, but he wanted to correct the injustice,” the promoter said Eddie Hearn. “It’s a real story about Cinderella. We’re back with Dave. It’ll be interesting to see what’s next.

“There is a removal clause, but it has to be down the line. Johnny has to come back and rebuild. I would love to see how he is coming back and leaning in Sheffield in his hometown in a big fight. He deserves to fight. He can cause a lot of people who will break and that he was that it was.
