Indian national cricket team all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy dedicated his ton in the ongoing fourth Test against Australia to his father. He also posted a hilarious message for Mohammed Siraj after his magical performance at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne.
Nitish Kumar Reddy is the talk of the town in Indian cricket these days and it was his efforts that got him to bat in the ongoing fourth test of the series against the Australian national cricket team. He lived every Indian boy’s dream and made his father proud.
Nitish Reddy hit a magnificent century in front of his father, who was in the stands and was in tears after his son reached his century. The entire MCG was on its feet to applaud the batsman of the Indian national cricket team for the way he batted.
Nitish Reddy did his innings brilliantly and made sure to get his team out of trouble. His innings came at a time when the Indian national cricket team was under a lot of pressure and lost the wickets of Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja early on the third day.
Nitish Reddy took all the pressure and made no mistake in his innings. He timed the ball to perfection and made sure to put the bowlers of the Australian national cricket team under a lot of pressure as he took his team closer to the total of the Pat Cummins-led side.
Nitish Reddy dedicated his century to his father by posting an emotional message on his Instagram. He shared a picture of his dad who was in tears and wrote: “This is for you”.

Nitish Reddy also came up with a hilarious story for Mohammed Siraj, who enabled the all-rounder to reach his century. The fast bowler had to face three balls from Pat Cummins for Reddy to go into the attack. With the last wicket remaining, the fast bowler was in serious doubt.
Mohammed Siraj missed the first ball before ducking a short ball from Australian national cricket team captain Pat Cummins. On the last ball of the over, the pacer showed proper defense and drew a big round of applause from the crowd at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Nitish Kumar Reddy posted a picture with Mohammed Siraj on his Instagram account and declared, “I too believe in Siraj bhai.”

Reddy remained unbeaten with 105 runs off 176 balls. He hit 10 fours and 1 six in the innings before bad light forced the umpires to take the early shots on day two. He would hope to continue on the fourth day and get a few more runs to reduce the deficit, which is still 116 runs.
