WBO’s Super Peter Category Champion Emanuel Navarrete insisted after the last Saturday night of fighting Charly Suarez that his interruption of the fight was caused by the “head” in the sixth and still needed “decide” will he give him a rematch. Carl Moretti’s best ranking vice president said late last night that “a rematch is coming” after the reruns showed that Suarez’s shot caused a cut. Navarrete (40-2-1, 32 ko) can have other ideas because it does not commit to removal. He says he has to “Make a decision.”
The cut caused the eventual stop of the fight at the beginning of the eighth round. The doctor on the coast advised the fight to stop after the cutting of cutting over Navarrete’s left eye. It didn’t look like a bad cut compared to the one that Tyson Fury suffered in the fight against Otto Wallin, September 2019. Fury cut his bad in the third right father, but the host for the slopes did not advise him to stop it.
Fans have a real problem with scoring fighting. The referees gave him Navarrete, despite seeing he lost five of the seven rounds. It was scored 78-75, 77-76 and 77-76. What was also angry with fans are judges who gave the seventh round of Navarrete, which was easy to the best circle of fight for Suarez. He had Emanuel in serious problems in that circle.
Navarrete seems to be able to take a win and look for another fight, not that Suarez got a second chance. Suarez is too well conditioned and fights too fast for lean pace and faded Navarrete to beat him in a rematch without another bizarre situation that saved him. Top Rank published a clip of one of Navarrete’s earlier fights against Isaac Dogboe from 2018.
It looked like a completely different fighter. Navarrete was slim, faster and more agile at the time. He did not have that worse, old look at him that the fans saw last night. He is very old for a 30-year-old, like someone closer to 40. What kind of life style did Navarrete live out of the ring? His struggles could not do so because he did not fight any fighters at the elite level during his career.
Most of his matches were against washed fighters or boys at the edge level. He never struggled with talents like Rafael Espinose, Lamont Roach, Gervont Davis, Eduardo ‘Sugar’ Nunez or O’Shaquie Foster. Navarrete is protected.
“It’s a little premature. I have a suspension for two months (because of the cut). I have to think well, decide, see what is coming, and then we will make a decision,” Emanuel Navarrete told The Media When asked if he would give Charly Suarez Relnse after a controversial stopping of cutting last Saturday.
“Unfortunately, it ended the way he did Because of the headBut I felt good. It was difficult with the results of the fight for the head. I hurt him to my head and body. Maybe that gave me an advantage. I didn’t think I would lose. “
