Obviously they speak English, they come with a nice mentality, they are trained … You can ask for everyone from every player, but they all have different aspects.

“The most important thing is that they are good players and also that they want to come here, they want to show their level here with us and understand what we are trying to do here.

“I think it’s something that is very clear, very clear and they do very well.”
