A terrifying terrorist attack was shaken by a peaceful tourist city of Pahalgam in southern Kashmir on April 22, while armed people opened fire on innocent civilians on a busy tourist focus. This brutality has taken away their lives at least 26 people and left over 20 injured, spreading sadness and chaos across the country.
The brutal incident sent shock waves across the nation, which caused the pouring of sadness and anger. Among those who expressed anger was the former Indian criket Shreevats Goswami. He took his social media to express anger and demand strong actions against the culprit.
In the swing of the bloodshed, Goswami added fuel in a current discussion on whether India should continue to play cricket with Pakistan with his latest outbursts. According to the Al Jazeera, the resistance front (Trf), which is suspected to be associated with Pakistan based in Pakistan Lashkar-E-Taib, has taken responsibility for a terrorist attack in Pahalgam.

Earlier this year, BCCI has already decided against sending an Indian cricket team in Pakistan for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 and decided to play all the UAE matches. After the latest inhuman act, Goswami thinks this move is not enough.
Responding to the horrific attack of Pahalgama, the former Indian cricket for cricket strongly demanded that BCCI interrupt all the ties for crickets with Pakistan. Shreevats Goswami wrote in his long post on X: “And that’s why I say – you don’t play a cricket with Pakistan. Not now. Never.”
He continued, “When the bcci or government refused to send India to the champion trophy in Pakistan, some had the courage to say,” Oh, but the sport should rise above politics. “Indeed, because I am standing, the murder of the innocent civilian seems to be their national sport.
The former Indian guard further revealed that he recently visited Pahalgam for the cricket Legends League and saw signs of peace and hope that they were returning to Kashmir. He said that the terrorist attack of Pahalgama broke the progress and the spirit of Kashmir. Goswami also invited the Government and BCCI to stronger actions, because silence is no longer an option.

Goswami signed, “I’m angry. I’m relaxed. Just a few months ago, I was in Kashmir for the legend league – I walked through Pahalgama, met the locals and saw hope back to my eyes. I felt as if we had finally found our way to find our way. Several to make me, and now It is all for, and now, ours, that we went, and now, everything, it is all concerned., It is expected that, ours, ours, ours, ours, ours, ours, indeed, imitating, and further, ours. We are not expected.

On the other hand, the secretary of Bcci Devajit Saikia also expressed deep sadness for a tragic terrorist attack in Pahalgamo. He strongly condemned the incident and expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the victims. Saikia said the cricket community stands united at the moment of sadness.
It is significant that the authorities have discovered that terrorists have chosen a remote, unintentional place, known among honey months and adventure seekers, so they could easily execute their deadly mission.
