Champions take a huge step towards European football

Manchester City abducted a dramatic 2-1 victory against Aston Villa thanks to the winner of Matheus Nunes stopping, retaining his Champions League in the hope of being a big impetus.

Villa, meanwhile, offered some attacks, collecting only one outside the goal after a break.
