Milan’s main coach Simone Inzaghi has invited his players to forget the advantage that was held in relation to Bayern Munich in the quarterfinals of their Champions League.
Serie A winners run Harry Kane and Co. 2-1 after the first leg in Munich, but they will not take anything for granted when men of Vincent Company come to town.
Speaking on the eve of the game, Inzaghi said, “We know it will be really difficult tomorrow. We must forget the result of the first leg, but not the performance in Munich.
“We had a great game, but we know that our opponents have a great quality. We will have to play a great game, running, aggression, with the right attitude. It’s the quarterfinals, the first half was played in Munich, and tomorrow we will have.”
Inter remains at the top of Serie A, ahead of Napoli and Antonia Conte, who are hunting.
But European giants will have to press the home headline race to one side and focus solely on their running in the Champions League.
Inzaghi added: “We know it’s a strenuous season, but playing every three or four days can add it. We had a new Champions League this year, a new coach and players for us. She took a lot of extra energy.

“Consider last year’s trip: We qualified in Salzburg on November 8, while this year we had to wait until January 29. Against Monaco. Two months in advance last year we had only one goal we needed to focus on. Now it’s much more effort, but much more pleasure.
“As I said at the beginning, we can’t think about the result, just about the performance we gave. We don’t have to watch pre -predators, who weren’t always positive when Inter host Bayern here in San Siro.
“The boys, however, are positive, and the team knows that we will play against a great opponent. We respect them, but we can have a great game with the right attitude.”
Police celebration
Inter were criticized for their celebrations after winning Allianz.
Many reminded the players that they should play 90 minutes, but midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan believes that it is a good opinion to approach every game as if they were their last.
He said, “We know what we did, we know we were just happy – there was no celebration. We want to stay focused on our game, our game and nothing else.

“We are calm. We are mature, we have experience we need: we know we have to win in every game, whether it is a Champions League, Serie A or Coppa Italia.
“We don’t need to listen to what is said from the field or in the media. We know where we want to go, and you have to win there every day – starting with training and then in matches.
