What is the training course like?

The meetings designed by professional coach Kelsey Heenan become even stronger, with a range of targeted and scalable training (based on resistance). You can make them from the comfort of your home. You only need a set of dumbbells. For more comfort, you can also add carpets and towels.

Here is a quick overview you can expect:

  • High body: Develop upper body strength and definition through targeted resistance exercises to solicit targeted resistance exercises on the shoulders, arms, chest and back. This session relies on controlled progressive overload to improve muscle endurance and carve a strong upper body.
  • Lower body: Develop strength, stability and strength in the lower body through compound movements targeting the gluteus, quadriceps, hamstrings and calf. A mixture of functional exercise and muscle enhancement is expected to increase endurance and develop long, thin muscles.
