Real Madrid star Luka Modric allegedly became a minority owner of the Swansea City Championship Club.
Modric, 39, is thought to buy a small share in Swansea and join the existing owners, and is currently run by President Andy Coleman.
Coleman monitored the change in the SWANS ownership structure in November last year, in which Brett Cravatt, Nigel Morris and Jason Cohen joined the group who injected more than £ 20 million into the club.
Fabrizio Romano has now reported that Modric will also buy his journey as he looks at life beyond playing.

The Croatian star remains a valuable member of the Santiago Bernabeu team and is expected to sign another valid 12-month contract that will expand his stay in Madrid at the age of 14.
Modric retains the ambition of Croatia captaining at the World Cup next summer in the United States, Canada and Mexico before hanging boots.
Swansea is 12th place on the championship table and in good shape in the form of chief Alan Sheehan.
Saturday’s 1-0 victory in Sunderland was their third trot, followed by a great 2-2 Leeds on March 29.
Sheehan took power in February after the Williams Luke was released.
