Newcastle chief Eddie Howe took to the hospital


Newcastle United confirmed that Eddie Howe was admitted to the hospital and that he would miss the Sunday Conflict of the Premier League with Manchester United.

A statement in Newcastle explained that Howe felt bad and was taken to a hospital for treatment on Friday night.

Assistant coaches Jason Tindall and Graeme Jones will jointly charge Newcastle to play in St. James Park.

“Magpiesa coach was admitted to the hospital late Friday night, feeling good for a few days,” the Newcastle statement said.

“Medical staff held Eddie in the hospital overnight for further tests, which are ongoing. He is aware and talks to his family, and continues to provide professional medical care.

“Everyone in Newcastle United extends their best wishes to Eddie for a quick recovery, and further updates will follow in the near future.”

Howe recently delivered the first major Newcastle trophy at 56 years when his team prevailed over Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley Stadium. He also returned to football in the 2003 Champions League and has his team on his way to re -qualified for the highest European competition.

The 47-year-old was appointed in 2021, previously given his name during two defining magic in Bournemouth, a total of 11 years.
