Phil Foden and Jack Grealish “Don’t feel good” almost a week after the Incident of the Manchester City derby in Manchester United derby.
United supporters sang abuse on Foden’s mother, Claire Rowlands, during Dour 0-0 pull out between the sides at Old Trafford last Sunday.
Foden reacted at the time with sarcastic applause and thumbs But Guardiola revealed that the English international is still not through the incident.
Grealish allegedly hit after he came out of the field with a man arrested by a larger Manchester police.
Speaking on the eve of tomorrow’s lunch game with Crystal Palace on Etihad, Guardiola said, “He (they) does not feel good, but move forward.”
Guardiola repeated concern about the incidents and believes it is a reflection of today’s society.
He added, “This is happening everywhere. It’s a crazy world, is it? Everything that happens around the world, not just in sports, problems. No one is far from that.
“It’s not a United, because United is outside the person who does not defend what is United or what is sometimes happening in our club. But this is not a problem in a particular club, a particular ward in world football, it happens everywhere.
“Just look around and you will understand that. I don’t think we’re on the right track.”
Arsenal’s victory over Real Madrid in Midweek confirmed that the team will finish in fifth place in the Premier League League to qualify for the Champions League next season, which is a potentially good news for City, given that he will enter the weekend in the sixth.
Guardiola added, “Well, it’s better to have five teams instead of four, for the situation we have. But there are seven or eight competitors, so it will be by the last moment.”
PEP 💬 I am pleased with the way we (we) solved the situation we are in. The challenge is to qualify for the Champions League next season.

The city is left without a multitude of key players against Palace with Erling Haaland, John Stones, Manuel Akanji, Nathan Ake and Rodroda who were on the side.
It was a disappointing season for City, because they seemed to look for the fifth consecutive Crown of the Premier League, but Guardiola was still pleased with the efforts of their team given the problems they had.
“They are still injured. It happened all season. We adapt. And you see that the position in which is the disaster is, and it can be up,” Guardiola said.
“I’m really pleased with the way we acted, for the situations we were, because we are; they have the opportunity to qualify for the Champions League next season. This is what we have to do, especially in our home games, also, but especially at home.
“Tomorrow we have a team in an incredible, top form in the last month or two months. It’s always hard here with Palace. I admire the manager and the way they play, talent and physicality has no doubt. But we have to be optimistic to finish well this season.”
