I’ve been using antibiotics for bacterial infections since noon yesterday and from previous experience this should make me feel better soon. I mean the symptoms I’ve reported Last article. It turned out that by last Monday, I hadn’t felt better yet, but by then, I’d determined what was, so I called my doctor. He sent me a test the same day and we got the results on Wednesday. It’s brisk for today’s healthcare system and it can take weeks to visit the experts, but luckily I didn’t need to see him in person and he responded to the news quickly.
/* TMI Alert
The next paragraph may be a TMI about some medical issues, so feel free to skip it.
It turns out that this is Urinary tract infection I returned in 2021. I have no problem with my anatomy area since then Program I was accepted in 2022. A few days later, after this round of infection was kicked out, I will follow up with the doctor (urologist) to find out what went wrong. It may be one or more installed in Urine The program is undocumented and can be fixed in a minimally invasive program. Also, I can accept a slightly involved program turp It can be more permanent. We will see what my urologist thinks. Serum, serum.

It’s been 100% feeling for a week now. During that time, I could easily do 30 minutes of riding, with a short training session each time, and a strength training for the body and upper part every time, which is great for maintaining strength for such a short time. I will soon feel good enough to start adding time. But going through something like this always makes me rethink things. I’ve been training hard. I’ve talked about it Polarization training My favorite explanation in the past was Clarence Bass Rule of thumb “I walk and sprint, do nothing between the two”. For him, this is easy to walk most of the time, with a short but intense strength training of 1 day, while a short and strong one is aerobic exercise. In my case, I should be easily riding longer on most days and supplemented with very few short training days (strength training, intervals and sprints on the bike). That’s what I always start from. But over time, I deviated from it because they were tried to push the pace or extend it on simple days that should be short. It’s time to reset.
I especially have to remember that the main purpose of longer rides is to relax. This is illustrated in an interesting way here Youtube Videos I found on the channel “Escape Bike” channel:
The discussion about easy riding for relaxing is fun, the scenery in the Netherlands is beautiful and the Dutch bicycle infrastructure is amazing. But “bloom your planting” I can find similar relaxation on the bike path or on the quiet road near me.
