Official Rules

Please read these official rules carefully. By participating in these draws, you agree to these official rules.

3. How to enter: After the participant successfully completes and submits the sponsor’s RD survey, an automatic entry should be received. Alternatively, to enter without submitting a survey, you can email it community@myfitnesspal.com With your full contact name and email address, you can participate in the lottery. Limit any type of entry per person. You can enter by submitting a survey by email or by entering it in both ways. The sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries. Sponsor Reserves, at their sole discretion, disqualify any potential contestant deemed to be a violation of these official rules from the draw. To qualify for a raffle, all entries must be received before the contest period and will be accumulated into a qualified entries (in general, “Qualified entries”). The winner of the draw will be selected from the qualified entries set in this article.

4. painting: Within thirty (30) days after the end of the term, the sponsor or its designee will make a (1) championship drawing (“winner“) will be randomly obtained from qualified entries received by the sponsor or its designated personnel. If any winner fails to respond to the requested information and cannot contact these official rules within 48 hours, he/she will be disqualified and confiscated and obtained the replacement champion, which may be obtained through the sponsor’s free decision.

5. Prize, chance of winning, approximate retail price (ARV): The winner’s prize selected from the qualified entry will be a $100 Amazon gift card. Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions provided by them. Unspecified fees, fees and taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of each winner. Substitute prizes are not allowed except for the promoter’s sole discretion, and comparable value is not obtained until then. The award is non-transferable. The sponsor does not warrant, warranty or warranty of any form of prizes, fitness or operation. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) Total prizes for each prize are combined to $100.00 $100.00.  The chances of winning a prize depend on the total number of qualified entries received.  

Sponsors are for reference purposes only. No such use is intended or implied to sponsor, endorsement or authorization of any kind.

6. Disqualification: The Promoter or its Designated Personnel expressly and without limitation reserves the sole discretion of any winner and/or alternative champion in any of the following aspects: (a) no accurate personal or contact information is provided at any time during the draw; or (b) any precautions deemed undelivered for any reason. After disqualification, such winner or alternative champion will automatically deprive him of his right to receive the prize under this lottery and the sponsor has no further obligation to disqualify winner or alternative champion.

All content provided to participants for registration for this sweepstakes may be provided “as is” without any warranty of any express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental, consequence or other damages, so certain limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

8. Publish: By entering, participants agree to accept and comply with official rules. All the sponsor’s decisions regarding this promotion are final. Participants agree that the Sponsor and its respective officers, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Parties”) will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind, including, including, without limitation, any liability for any injury, loss or damage, including any injury, loss or damage of any kind, including any kind of injury, loss or damage, including any kind of loss or damage to acceptance, possession, redemption, abuse or use of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes or activities related to the sweepstakes. 9. Disputes and Arbitration; Jurisdiction and Site: Unless prohibited, you agree to submit personal and exclusive arbitration for a dispute under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration will be conducted in New York County, New York, and you waive your right to any forum that claims that the location is inconvenient.

You also acknowledge and understand that you are waived your right to a jury trial. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely by individuals and not in class, mergers or representative proceedings. You are waived your right to serve as a representative, a private attorney general or any other representative position, or to participate in a member of a class of claimants in any proceedings involving any such dispute; and, you must file any claim within one (1) year after the claim is filed, or be forever prohibited.

If the arbitration provision is found to be invalid, then all disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction and laws of the New York County and federal courts of New York, and you will obey the personal jurisdiction and location of those courts. All disputes will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York without regard to or applicable any conflict of law rules or principles.

In the event of any action or litigation or arbitration relating to or relating to these Official Rules, the general party shall have the right to recover from the non-repayment party all reasonable expenses, including employee time, court fees, attorney fees, and all other related expenses incurred in such action or arbitration.

10. List of winners: For the list of winners, please send an email within 60 days of the end of the admission period community@myfitnesspal.com. Each email address is limited to one (1) request.

11. By entering these draws, participants agree that any personal information submitted by participants can be used or shared as provided in the Privacy Policy.
