Manchester United picked up a 2-1 Leicester City Leicester City win yesterday.
The Red Devils picked up the controversial Last-minute winner against Foxes, and manager Leicester City Ruud Van Mistelrooy broke the unacceptable decision of the clerk.
In the meantime, Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim also admitted that his side was some luck and needed him to win the game.
He said (h/t Leicester Mercury): “It was not a goal with VAR and I think it’s important to have it because it’s fair to play. It’s really hard to lose the game at the last minute with playing in offsid. Sometimes we deserve some luck.”
The Man United Play Plan made a difference
The Portuguese manager has revealed that Manchester United aimed at the defender of Leicester City James Justin during the second half of the game. The defender looked tired in the second half and the red devils brought Alejandro Garnach Terror him in the last third. The Argentine wing player caused Justin all kinds of problems with his pace and technical abilities. He played a key role in the goal that achieved Joshua Zirkzee, and the South American was close to finding the back of the net itself.
“Today, he changed the game behind,” he told Amorim. “You can feel the opponent tired, Justin, with a lot of difficulty, not in the first half, but in the second half, to stop Garnaccho in one against one. So we are very pleased with him and I think he helped a lot to change the game.”
Justin will be disappointed with the way he performed against Garnacho during the second half of the game. However, the Manchester United Plan to target it is clearly made, and the amorim will be pleased with the much needed for its side. FA Cup is the best chance of Manchester United to win a trophy this season, and it will be interesting to see if I can finish the season at the top with silver accessories.
