“Everything that the courts govern in terms of the second amendment is the one that is protected by the second amendment,” Patel responded.
Padilla explained that his question line was due to a “association” between Patel and the Group Group owners of America, which enthusiastically approved Trump’s option to lead the FBI.

Padilla expressed his concern about the enthusiasm approval, arguing that the organization has taken “extreme positions” about weapons.
“The America’s owners have taken extreme positions, including the position that all fund controls are unconstitutional and that the civil property of machine guns is protected under the second amendment,” said Padilla.
Padilla argued that Patel would be responsible for supervising some of the country’s most critical rules in the country to the FBIexpressing his concern that Trump’s candidate would not live up to the task.
