Raskin and Connolly added that officials worked “demandingly to defend the rule of law that have been eliminated from their positions without any evaluation, for their less negative assessment, of their work.”
Mchenry, on Monday, fired more than a dozen key officials on the Smith team who worked to pursue the president, saying that they could not trust “the president’s agenda faithfully.”

Democrats argued that Mchenry eliminated them from their places “without regard to their proven competencies, their recognized successes or their devotee service in the department, in some cases reassigning them in areas outside their legal experience.”

“The acting prosecutor, James Mchenry, ended the occupation of several DOJ officers who played an important role in President Trump Trump,” said DOJ officer in Fox News Digital. “In view of his actions, the acting Attorney General does not trust these officials to help the President’s agenda faithfully implement.”
This action “is consistent with the mission of finishing the government weapon,” said the official at Fox News Digital.
The Department of Justice did not immediately respond to the Fox News Digital Comments request.
