\Week 3 of our Spring Slimming Challenge is here and we know it’s easy to get sidetracked from your goals, so here are 5 tips to help you stay motivated and on track!
One of the best ways to keep exercise on track is to fit it into your day. Write them down or add them to your calendar and block out time so you’ll be motivated to complete each day’s exercise.
spend some time every week meal preparation + Have healthy snacks ready. That way, when you’re stuck, you’ll be prepared with nutritious options instead of scouring the pantry for unhealthy options.
Don’t get bogged down in exercising! Keep things interesting by mixing up your daily exercise routine. Try different types of workouts in our video library mobile application. Everything from HIIT to yoga!
Having a workout partner can make your workout routine more fun and motivating. This could be family, a close friend, or an LSF baby! We also strongly believe that accountability groups are a key factor in keeping you motivated as you tackle challenges. It’s never too late to join or create one!

Don’t forget to celebrate your progress along the way! Set small goals for yourself and reward yourself when you achieve them. Buy yourself a new workout outfit, have a self-care day, or participate in a fun activity you enjoy. These rewards can help you stay motivated and excited to continue your journey.
