A 19-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested early Sunday morning for going to an office rented by a member of Congress in Fond Du Lac. The man, who has not been named, told the police that he was upset by the ban on TikTok, which prevents users from opening the app since late Saturday, but he came forward. back online on Sunday after promises from president-elect Donald Trump not to implement the ban.
