The next fight Katie Taylor should be against Chantelle Cameron, says the co -founder of the MVP promotion of Nakisa Bidarian.
Bidarian set up a MVP with boxer for impact on social media Jake Paul, and the company will promote the third fight with Katie Taylor with Amanda Serrano on July 11.
Taylor and Serrano Box for an undisputed super light championship in Madison Square Garden in New York, their third competition.
Taylor has become a worldwide great champion when she has avenged her first career defeat, beating Cameron in their rematch in Dublin in 2023.
Cameron, who signed with the MVP, will hint on their underground on July 11th. Bidarian believes Taylor should have a trilogy with Cameron, whatever happened against Serrano.
It’s a MVP fight will work to do after that.
“I think the victory or lost Katie Taylor should fight Chantelle Cameron again. They are 1-1. Amanda and Katie are technically 2-0, but there are very close struggles that many people have on both occasions have thought that Amanda won, so it is definitely a request for that,” Bidarian said Sky Sports.
“And I believe there is a request, at least in the UK and Ireland, for Taylor-Cameron III. We will try to accomplish it.”
He found that Amanda Serrano was in his last straight career. “Amanda probably has anything from two to four fights, so we’ll let her dictate what she wants to do. She earned that right,” Bidarian said.
“If Amanda wins, it’s all that Amanda wants to do. Does he want to stay at 140 pounds, does he want to return to his natural weight of 126 lbs?
“There are many variables. We didn’t have that discussion with Amand. We want it to focus on finally, technically winning in the fight and then we will make that decision.
“But we will support Chantelle in her effort to become a full world champion at 140 pounds for sure.”
