Female Six Nations 2026: Red Roses confirm fixing to defend the title with Twickenham opener VS irland | News of rugby

Six nations were confirmed for 2026, and the English red roses recorded an unprecedented eighth title.

In 2025, England kept the nerve to hold and beat France 43-42 on the last day at the Allianz Stadium Twickenham, sealing the historic fourth Grand Slam in a row, doing it as part of the seventh trophy lift in seven years.

There are two changes in the structure of the 2026 tournament, because, unlike in previous years, each circle will see all three fixtures that are played successively on the same day. It’s all Saturday to the last Super Sunday.

The second change sees a window to change the tournament so that it starts later (April 11) and ends later (May 17).

England John Mitchella begins to defend the title with a test at the Allianz Stadium Twickenham against Ireland and end to France in the 5th round.
