Liverpool Up Offer for Wirtz because Reds looks for a stamp of a club record contract for Leverkusen Playmaker


Liverpool has increased his offer for Floriana Wirtz to £ 113 million, while the race signs that Bayer Leverkusen is increasing which attacks the midfielder enhances, according to reports.

If he is a successful, the latest reported order-packet offer that would guarantee the Bundesliga Club £ 100m Plus £ 13m in additions-would make a club record contract, but remains below Leverkusen’s requested price of £ 126 million for a player.

Leverkusen, who recently appointed former Manchester United chief Erika Ten Hag for replacement for Xabi Alonso, rejected last weekend for the German International Champion Championship Champion League, but appears open to further negotiations in the midst of interest from Manchester City and Bayern Munich.

Wirtz made it clear that he wanted to finish the transition to Anfield. The proposed contract would surpass at a distance of £ 85 million Liverpool to bring Darwin Nunez from Benfica in June 2022.

An offer of £ 113 million, however, remains only shy by a British record fee of £ 115m paid to Chelsea paid in 2023 for Moises Caicedo from Brighton.
