England strives for most one -sided but predictable, first half an hour in Barcelona.

Three lions had almost all the ball on a hit and a sticky day in Catalonia, but despite a multitude of attacking players on the field, they did very little with it.

Alvarez denies Bellingham and Madueke

He was invited to the action within the first minute, pulled his body behind a short Judas Bellingham, but then watched his defense with relative ease with English forward to the 13th minute, when the vibrant nonhi Madueka ran into a loose ball on the edge of the area and cracked in the effort forced by Alvarez to Palm.

The closest England came after 18 minutes.

Madueke found some space on the left, and his cross chose Harry Kane just to get the ball through the feet of the English captain of England.

Curtis Jones recycled the ball and pulled it back to Kane, but he could only shoot his shot.
