Manchester City Defender says adjustment is key to success at the club’s club

Each side will be a different problem, and Dias wants to see how the city will be worn.

The Portuguese defender told FIFA.com: “It will be a different challenge because you play teams from different continents with different ways to watch the game.

“The adaptation you have to do to do this is a great part of the success.

“We had a taste when we play for our national teams, but it is different because it is a different space that you are not involved in the whole year.

“It will be interesting and this is one that will all want to win.”

Global Powerhouse is set for extended competition

City will begin as one of the favorites, along with Real Madrid, Bayern from Munich, Flamengo and recently crowned European champions Paris Saint-Germain.

“It’s always a special moment when we play in front of fans who may not usually have the opportunity to watch us play live. It’s a new competition and prestigious.

“Of course, the teams involved make the competition as big as I can get.”
