Manchester United arranged an agreement on the signing of Matheus Cunha of Wolves after activating the Brazil forward £ 62.5 million.
United confirmed an agreement for the 26-year-old on the day of this year’s summer broadcast, which was adapted to allow the clubs to register players ahead of the newly expanded FIFA World Cup club, which begins on June 15 in the United States.
Cunha has agreed on a five -year contract with an option for an additional year at Old Trafford and will now join the national side of Brazil for Carl Ancelotti’s first game after ending medicine with United this weekend.

“Manchester United reached an agreement with Wolverhampton Wanderers for signing Matheus Cunha,” the club statement said.
“The signature of the Brazilian striker is subject to visa and registration.
“Everyone in Manchester United rejoice in Matheus to welcome Old Trafford.”
Cunha was a key target for United, because their main coach Ruben Amorim looks to reshape the team after the worst season of the Premier League at the club, where they finished 16th.
The Brazilian, who scored 33 goals in 92 appearances in two and a half seasons in Molineux, seems to have become the first United signature in this year’s two -piece transfer window, which initially lasts from June 1 to June 10, before re -opened on June 16 to September 1.
Although United does not participate in this summer club World Cup, the newly adapted window applies to each of the 20 national associations with clubs competing, of which England, with Manchester City and Chelsea, one.
The early opening was made possible by Trent Alexander-Arnold to leave Liverpool for Real Madrid after the Premier League champions allegedly accepted a fee of € 10 million (£ 8.4 million) by the Spanish club to let the defender from his contract too soon.
