Hitchins calls Haney to Saudi calculation

Richardson Hitchins said today at the social media that he wants to fight Devin Haney in Saudi Arabia if he no longer fights Teofima Lopez. Hitchins (19-0, 7 Kos) must first draw his cover defense of his IBF Light Welterweight title from the road against George Cambosos Jr. June 14.

It is questionable whether the fight between Haney and Hitchins will be a market event. Despite holding the title of IBF, Hitchins is not known enough to the occasional boxing fans for the fight between him and Haney for sale on PPV.
