Butler is one of several NBA stars – with similar LeBron James – who is known passionately in football. In fact, the Golden State Warriors star is also a big fan of Mbappe himself.
Back in January 2021, Butler appeared on GQ Sports “Actually Me”, where he refused online questions online to answer the questions of fans on social networks. Responding to a tweet in which he shared photos of himself playing football, one fan asked: “Which club would you like to play for?”

Fast forward to this last weekend on the Grand Prix Monaco, and Butler was finally face to face with a man he once dreamed of playing together-full circle for one of Mbappe’s biggest fans in the NBA.
