No. 1 Junior Tyran Stokes has already started his journey by employing, taking over official visits Louisville and Kansas. He also had to visit KentuckyBut these plans are now waiting.
According to On3’s Jacob Polimkeka, a 6-footed striker has delayed his trip to Kentucky, which was originally scheduled for May 15 to 17. It is now being pushed on a later date that has not yet been announced.
After delaying, Stokes tweeted on Friday on X, seemingly hint of delay and his potential reason.
“Why can’t you give your child some privacy.” He wrote.
Tweet attracted some fans’ comments, who also thought Tweet was about the recent delay of his visit to Kentucky.
“If it is Kentucky .. they apologize to the heart.” Said one fan.
“The US -A fans can’t even handle Kentucky fans, Tyran! Rock chalk.” Said the other.
Some fans simply took the opportunity to set up their favorite Faculty of Stokes:
“Come to Bye with aj. You’ll like you in Provo!” Said one fan.
“I have a nice quiet place for you in Lawrence Big Dawg, just say when.” The other said.
Tyran Stokes is currently one of the most sought after high school perspectives in the country. He just concluded a strong junior season, an average of 21.0 points, 9.3 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.5 stolen balls per game. His performance was assisted by Notre Dame Knights in the regional finals of the national championship, ending the season with a 28-8 record.
Stokes now has another year of high school basketball. However, the growing speculation that Stokes could overlaysify on the class 2025, which would accelerate his path to college and see him to completely skip his older year.
Tyran Stokes currently has a total of 25 offers for college. These include offers from Louisville, Kansas, Kentucky, Arkansas, Oregon, Texas A&M, Alabama and Arizona State.
According to On3 predictions, Louisville is currently forward in the race to provide Stokes’s dedication with 42.7% chance. Kansas follows a 37.3% chance.
In addition to Kentucky, other faculties in Stokes’ candidacy have less than 1% chance of landing it. In fact, Kentucky has exactly 1%.
