Tottenham confirms the huge Dejan Kulusevski injury in front of the Europa League final

Tottenham Hotspur’s wing Dejan Kulusevski looks almost certain that he will miss the Europa League finals next week after passing his knee surgery.

Kulusevski suffered a problem over the weekend with his right patella during the defeat of Crystal Palace.

The Spurs have now confirmed that further medical counseling has led to the decision for the Swedish wing player to undergo surgery on the matter.

AND statement The club explained on Wednesday afternoon explained that Kulusevski “would immediately start his rehabilitation with our medical staff.”

The Spurs have not offered any time frame of recovery, however, it seems a little truly probably that Kulusevski will be able to play in the Europa League final just a week after he entered the knife.

It would be a almighty blow to Tottenham’s chances to win over Manchester United in Bilbau.

Kulusevski has 21 goals and helps with his name in all competitions this season. He trapped twice against United, in the Premier League and Carabao Cup.

After monitoring a bad homemade campaign, Ange Postecoglou deals with the Europa League to keep his record of always winning the trophy in his second season at the club. Success in the finals would deliver the first piece of the main silver accessories for Spurs in 17 years.

Victory also means qualifying for the Champions League, almost like leaving a prison ticket after he failed to qualify for European football next season through a conventional route of the domestic league.
