Dodgers leader Dave Roberts gives a big update about Clayton Kershaw

Mentor Los Angeles Dodgers Dave Roberts has provided a big update about the stars thrower Clayton KershawReturn to the embankment. The 37-year-old, who was coming out of the injuries season in 2024, only appeared in the Dodgers game this year.

Roberts revealed that Kershaw will make his debut on the season on Saturday, starting a match against Los Angeles Angels. Dodgers, 28-15, hosted Angels at the Dodger stadium in the three-game series opener.

This will be the 18th season of Clayton Kershawa with Dodgers, after making his MLB debut with them in 2008. Kershaw was eagerly awaiting his return as he watched his team perform well this season.

Opening about the attitude and thinking about the team performance, he said (via AP News):

“I’m tired of taking up the space. I want to contribute and help the team … It’s a great team. Forty -bounters u see see a lot of things that go really good. I just want to be a part of it.”

On Sunday, Kershaw began the fifth and last start of rehabilitation. As he requested Triple’s Oklahoma City, he broke out two, allowed two goals and passed two strokes.

Last season, Kershaw appeared in only seven games, went 2-2 with a 4.50 era and a 1.50 Whip over 30 insertions.
