Cresswell among four players leaving the club

West Ham confirmed that Aaron Cresswell, Lukasz Fabian, Danny Ings and Vladimir Coufal will leave the club when their contracts expire this summer.

All four players were part of the Hammers’ winning team in 2023 and scored more than 800 appearances for the club between them.

Creswell, 35, joined the club in 2014 and played more than 350 times in Claret and Blue.

Fabian’s goalkeeper joined in 2018, the Ings striker scored only four goals in the Premier League since he joined Aston Villa, and the right back Vladimir Coufal has been regular since his arrival from Slavia Prague.

“Aaron, Lukasz, Vladimir and Danny were pleased to work in my time in my time,” said manager Graham Potter.

“They are great professionals on and off the field, with a fantastic experience in the Premier League, and obviously loved and admire their teammates and everyone here at the club.”

The decision has not yet been made on the future of attacker Michail Antoni, who is recovering from a serious car accident earlier this season.

The 34-year-old, who will also be without a contract at the end of the season, desperately wants to return the play and now participates in the light with his teammates.

Potter said, “When we have something to announce, we will announce it.

“I think it is in a unique situation in the sense that it is recovering from its injuries.”
