Trence Crawford’s coach, Bernie ‘The Boxer’ Davis, says Crawford will not fight the “back” against Canel Alvarez on September 12. He states that he will attack Alvarez (63-2-2-2, 39 ko), wanting to leave his undisputed super middle title from him to the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

The way Bernie talks about Crawford, you would think that he would erase everything from 168 to 200. But when you look at Terrence’s last appearance against Israil Madrid, it sounds like a pure job of hecticity. He is only lucky that he did not have to make a fight in Canela by going through the room full of poisonous king of Cobras and hungry wolves, fighting David Benavidez, David Morrela and Dmitry Bivol.
It is difficult to imagine Crawford (41-0, 31 ko) who attacks Canela as if he had been a plate of food, because of his inactivity, and moves in two divisions to fight for the first time in 168. You could take the sole seriously if he showed the courage by raising his weight and agreeing first to fight David Benavidez or David Morrela.
He just sat, old and happy that Turki Alalshikh gave him a fight against Canel without having to risk his back by leaving and fought against one of those killers. He encourages work to live, having things.
“When you see Crawford, he will go there and take up with Canel. You don’t doubt it,” said Bernie ‘Tha Boxer’ Davis Pro boxing fanssounding like a Hyper man On the verge of tears that spoke to Terrence Crawford, who came against Canel Alvarez on September 12th. “You’ve never seen Crawford staying on your back in a fight in his life. Do you understand that?”
Well, I remember Crawford fought on the back against Israil Madrid and Victor. He moved a lot in both fights. One of the reasons why Crawford didn’t fight much on the back leg is that his opposition was bad, almost his entire career. In his 17-year career he fought only one good fighter, which is Madrid. He almost lost to him, and not even a fighter at the elite level.
Errol Spence was a destroyed fighter until Crawford fought with him. He is exhausted by his car accident, injuries, inactivity and Jo-Yo diet. He was a shell of a fighter as it was when he first turned.
“He’s a guy’s guy who’s going to go,” Davis told Crawford. “So, expect it to leave (Canelo). We will do everything we can do. We will do everything we have to do.
“But one thing you can expect is that Crawford will come to it, because you can’t beat Canelo forever going back.
Crawford is unlikely to “walk” to Canel enough to get a decision. Once he tastes Alvarez’s power, he will enter the defensive way, trying to win rounds with a sting. It won’t work. You don’t beat Canelo’s superstar by scoring him, as Gennadiy Golovkin tried to do so in their first fight and Erislandy Lara. The judges focused more on Canel’s power recording and neglected the stings of GGG Lara.
