Still, she said that the whole thing left her feeling that she was tormented and more cautious.

“I don’t want to say it’s a hockey culture. Then again, I witnessed this hockey world for over 20 years and I saw some not so great things. But it was on both sides. It’s a difficult situation and somehow I feel for every person involved,” she added.

The case itself comes from the allegations that eight men sexually attacked the woman after the 2018 hockey. Five former NHL players, Michael McLeod, Dillon Dub, Cal Foote, Alex Formentton and Carter Hart, and all five have been guilty. The trial is underway in London, Ontario, and is expected to last a few weeks.
