Cold – bionicoldguy

I had some good rides early last week. I especially love the group ride that challenged on Tuesday on the hills east of Gilroy. It’s not a long climb, it’s just a lot. With electric assist (on my upright), I tied it up at the end. So I was impressed by those who didn’t help. I learned an interesting new term without an auxiliary “acoustic bike”.

Later this week, around, I started to feel a little bit in the weather. It’s hard to say if this is just an allergic at this time of year, but then I also started getting chills and night symptoms and then having a fever, so I’m assuming it’s cold. By yesterday, I felt much better, so I hope I kicked it. So, until yesterday, I had been riding locally. I also do yoga and stretch at night to relax unless I am very ill. I will be back on a longer, more difficult ride with strength training as soon as possible. Frustrations like this won’t bother me like they used to, especially when I’m not specifically training anything.
