Antonio Rudiger apologized for his behavior at the end of Real Madrid 3-2 Copa del Rey Final Destination to Barcelona in the middle of a report that he could face a long suspension.
The attractive Clasico in Seville was stunned by chaotic scenes, since the Rudiger, who was replaced, sent an ice throw at Ricardo de Burgos Bengoetxe in the last seconds of additional time.
After the cancellation, Rudiger then had to refrain from teammates and staff members. Lucas Vazquez and Jude Bellingham were subsequently sent after a full -time whistle.
Rudiger was allegedly able to be banned for as many as 12 games for his actions, for which he assumed responsibility in an apology to X (earlier Twitter).
“There is definitely no excuse for my behavior last night. I’m very sorry about that,” Rudiger wrote.
“We played a very good game from the second half – after 111 minutes I was no longer able to help my team and before the last whistle I was wrong. I forgive the judge and everyone I disappointed last night.”

Before the game, Madrid submitted a request for Ricardo de Burgos Bengoetxe and the VAR clerk that would be removed from the game, pointing to criticism of content aimed at the referee on the club TV channel.
The biggest invitation of Bengoetxe in Madrid was for the benefit of Madrid, because after VAR examination on the PitchSide monitor, he reversed his initial decision to give Barcelona a penalty in the 96th minute after it seemed that Raul Asencio had overthrew Raphinh.
This meant that the normal time ended with the level of the game at 2-2, Ferran Torres equalized after the free kick header Kylian Mbappe and Aurelien Tchouimeni gave Madrid in the second half after Pedria’s amazing opener for Barca.
But Jules Kunde’s fierce drive in the 116th minute secured a victory for Barcelona while the others on the way to Treble.
Madrid is four points behind Barcelona in Laliga with the remaining five games. Next Sunday they host Celta Vigo before the potentially decisive Clasica with Blaugran at the Barcelona Olympic Stadium seven days later.
“We now have two days to rest. Then we will prepare for two important games against Celta Vigo and Barcelona,” said coach Carlo Ancelotti.
“Generally, I felt we had a game under control, but they could play the balls behind us and then things got complicated, especially for their second goal.
“We have to continue to fight because we have given everything, we have competed very well and there is nothing to complain. We were closer to victory than our opponents were.”
