From the outburst of the weekend of Niclas Fullrug, in which he accused his teammates West HAM of lack of motivation, he would better stay in the locker room, said Chief of Graham Potter.
The German Full-Cartoon striker managed to get to the media after Saturday’s draw 1-1 with an already exhausted Southampton and expelled his irritation, saying BBC Sport: “This is a problem of thinking. Today he is very angry.
“We are not disappointed, just angry with what we did after the goal. It was difficult to return the boys to push themselves, we no longer encouraged each other.
“We tried, but we didn’t have the ability or motivation to encourage ourselves again. I’m very, very angry that we played that way.
“We were *** and I’m very angry.”

It turns out to be a full -circle -a relative for many Hammers fans dissatisfied that the club is 17 in the Premier League, but Potter believes he should not have been public with his views.
Speaking on the eve of Saturday’s trip to his former club Brighton, Potter said, “I think he (full -circle) carries a heart on his sleeve.
“I would not agree with him in some things and agree with him in others.
“But he is entitled to his opinion. As an older player, we had a lot of sincere conversations. And I think it is better for me to talk privately, not in public.
“Then we move forward as a group. That’s right.
Potter says it’s sometimes wise to think about a bigger picture.
He added: “We have a responsibility to the team and the club. And from my perspective, sometimes I could be honest how I really feel. But I don’t think it’s useful to players. I don’t think it’s useful to the club.
“So, we all have to be aware of our responsibilities.”
