Manchester United collapsed at a 4-1 defeat against Newcastle United earlier in the Premier League today, and Altay Bayindir has made a catastrophic performance.
The Red Devils have had a disappointing season so far, and the appearance against Newcastle was another horror show. Although there were more disappointed appearances on the Manchester United field, Altay Bayindir failed to take advantage of the opportunity given to him by Magpies.
The 26-year-old Turkish internationary handed the Start instead of Andre Onan after Performances with former Inter Milan’s mistakes. Bayindir was expected to enhance and achieve a reliable effect on the goal for Manchester United.
However, he was quite mediocre with his decision, stopping shooting and distributing from his back. His bad passage allowed Bruno Guimaraes to embark on a Newcastle newspaper, and he was pretty bad with his general passing throughout the game. Manchester United fans would have been relieved to see the onana fall to the match against Newcastle, and they would expect improvement in Bayindir. However, the 26-year-old was completely disappointing and it would be interesting to see if several opportunities were given in the coming weeks.

Bayindir joined Manchester United in the summer of 2023, but since then he has not been able to retain a regular starting place. Today’s performance clearly showed why the Turkish internationary failed to remove the characters of the inhabitants from the initial lineup, despite their appearances prone to mistakes.
The 26-year-old is obviously not good enough to start a club like Manchester United, and the Red Devils have to make a priority to sign a quality goalkeeper in the summer. Both onana and Bayindir are quite mediocre and A club that hoped to beat big trophies could not rely on them as their first choice goalkeeper.
