Manchester United has announced plans for post -season tour in Asia just days after the Premier League season ended.
The first fixture was scheduled for May 28 in the capital of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, just three days after United ended his campaign against Aston Villa 25. May.
The team will then face the Asean All Stars before going to Hong Kong to the next station.
The tour is expected to generate around £ 8.5 million and comes at the time when the club wants to dampen pain for losing £ 300 million in the last three years, according to their financial statements.
Director Omar Berrada tried to play the opportunity, acknowledging that this is necessary for the club.

The decision to add these seasonal strengthens will undoubtedly cause concern about the fatigue of players, especially given the demanding season ahead.
United will play at least 57 games by the end of the 2024 -25 campaign.
Immediately after the Asia tour, several United players are expected to report on international duty between June 2 and June 10. This narrow schedule leaves little time to recover, as pre -season activities for the 2025-26 season soon begin.
United’s preparations for the new season will begin friendly against Leeds in Stockholm on July 19. Just three days later, the Detachment should fly to Chicago to start a three -match tour across the United States. The 2025-26 Premier League season should start on August 16th.
