Red suffering a rare defeat because the title race remains on 11 points

Liverpool missed the chance to stretch out the lead at the top of the Premier League at 14 points, as three goals in a 14-minute space with Fulham won 3-2 in Cottage Craven.

The red knew that everyone could sealed the title with a 1-1 1-1 title in Everton on Saturday, and they took the lead from the 14th minute through Alexis Macallister.

But Fulham’s response to the punishment of the unfortunate defense of Liverpool was a magnificent, smart end of Ryan Sessegnon, followed by the rejected effort of Alex Iwobi and the sublime individual goal of Rodriga Muniz.

Luis Diaz pulled one back to Liverpool with the remaining 18 minutes, but Arne slot could not find the equalization as Fulham retained a well -deserved victory that increased their hopes to European football.

The advantage of Liverpool over Arsenal is still a very impressive 11 points, which will almost certainly be too much to overcome, but what they hoped would have a triumphant march to the title currently more similar to the line with the line.

Fulham in Liverpool

The hosts were unhappy that they did not receive punishment early after a defective game of Liverpool Ibrahim Konate’s defender.

Andreas Pereira fired the ball for Rodriga Muniz after Konate was deployed, but Muniz did not get the opportunity to turn into an unheard of net after he and Pereira knocked down Virgil Van Dijk and Caoimhin Kelleher.

Var checked the incidents, but did not match a single feature, a collision from Van Dijka seemingly by accident, and Liverpool used the release to the maximum when Macallister won the second ball in the middle of the field and launched a drive outside Bernd Leno in a fine style.

But Liverpool still looked vulnerable to the back and created an answer while Ryan Sessnnon found the lower right corner with the first strike after visitors failed to wear. Pereir’s right cross.

They finished a turnaround during the nightmare for Andy Robertson, who began when Alex Iwobi intercepted the risk passage to cross the defender of Scotland.

Iwobi -Jev’s initial effort was blocked, but Robertson then lost the air duel with Pereir, allowing Iwobia a second opportunity to take Aim and beat Kelleher to the strike he refused from Robertson.

It soon worsened because of Liverpool’s kindness from a piece of glossy glow from Muniz, who used his physicality to hold Van Dijk in the bay of his back on a goal before moving the ball over the Dutch head and shooting through the feet of Kelleher.

Liverpool was better after the interruption, Diogo Jota rejected Leno and mostly invisible Mohamed Salah crying, but Diaz eventually gave them hope when he was stabbed home from the release of Conor Bradley.

Harvey Elliott then crackled with a curling effort, and later tested Leno after Federico Chiesa did the same, but Liverpool ended up in a rare position that he handed over a little soil in the title.
