The latest iteria of derby in Manchester will not live long in memory because United and City played a non-inspirational draw 0-0.
Although both sides had unusual moments of quality, no one was enough to win the game, in which a total of two big chances were created during 90 minutes.
How the game took place
Alejandro Garnacho lagged behind in the first 60 seconds, and Old Trafford broke out with calls for punishment when he was connected, but the contact came out of the frame and a free kick was assigned instead. Bruno Fernandes sent his effort straight to the wall.
Phil Foden was spreading, but United couldn’t believe they were not forward 20 minutes when the Diogo Cross flew over the box with six meters. Manuel Ugarta could not reach his header and Garccho could not control the desperate effort in the back position.
Hungary was the following to have a view of the city goal. Fernandes’ Dinked Cross sent Uruguay International through the back post, but again, he couldn’t control his volley and spread wide.
There would be no separation of the two sides in the first half. The city dominated the possession, collecting over 60%, but United had a better chance of starting derby that would not live long in memory.

Two united replacements were next to the fire on the city goal. Epson denied Joshua Zirkzee well before the Mason Mount Jump was blocked. It may have been so close when United came to break the downtime, but the game simply lacked quality needed to determine the winners.
The Social Media verdict was that it was easily wrong about the testimony of leaving City Midfielder Kevin de Bruyne, such was both sides approach to the game.
Clearly poisoned by the desire to simply avoid defeat rather than risk in search of victory, nor United Nor did the city seem to be ready to play the neck. Pep Guardiola’s side had a lot of balls, but it rarely looked like he was creating problems, while United’s superior desire was stunned by their continuous lack of quality in the last third.
Both sets of players seemed pleased with the result after the last whistle, but the fans did not share that mood.
For days after confirming his upcoming departure, Kevin de Bruyne led the city side for his last Manchester Derby. He was lively and active but rarely effective.
No player lost possession more than Belgian in the first half, while De Bruyne, along with everyone in City Blue, played with lethargy and the lack of ideas that meant that United’s back was rarely a victim of typical creativity of Belgian.
He failed to create a single opportunity, did not complete any of his dribbling or crosses and won only one of his nine duels in what was bitterly disappointing the final derby for one of the best of this fastest.
Pep Guardiola focused his efforts to win the middle of the battle here. His 4-1-2-1-2 setting was narrow, and Mateo Kovacic, Ilkay Gundogan and Bernardo Silva all played behind De Bruyne in the diamond, but the trio managed to fulfill the task.
Their soft approach to the procedure was opposed by United’s powerful midfielder. Casemiro was a dominant, destructive presence, while Fernandes regularly passed between lines and found countless pockets of spaces where things would happen.
Casemiro deserves a special praise here. No player in the Premier League has made more than his 11 fights this season in one game here, while his 13 duels are also high in the league.
While United fell on Nottingham Forest in the middle of the week, Garnacho attracted an abundance of criticism by United fans, and Ruben even admitted that the Argentine was not in the best form. Still, Garnachi kept enough faith to get Kim here.
He almost stole the headings within the first minute with a powerful front facility and could easily push himself in the first half in which he made as much influence as possible as any player. Professionally obvious care is, but as those who played at the highest level often remind you of fans, care should only start when Garccho stops entering those encouraging positions.
